Can any shop service my Millennium coach, or is the technology proprietary?
Any qualified Prevost technician can work on your coach, including systems and components. Our iControl platform is built on Savant, Lutron, and RTI, which are supported by technicians across North America. You will never be stranded because your coach is "locked" to a single service provider. That said, our factory-trained team has the deepest knowledge of how these systems are integrated, so we're always the fastest and most accurate option when you need us.
What happens if the automation system fails on the road?
Every Millennium coach is built with hard-wired analog backup switches, so even if a software or automation issue occurs, you retain full manual control of lighting, climate, and other core systems. You will not be stranded. Call our 24/7 support line and our technicians will walk you through the situation and coordinate whatever hands-on help is needed.
Do you service all Prevost conversions?
Yes. As one of five Prevost-authorized conversion partners, we service all Prevost-based coaches, not just Millennium builds. Bring us your maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical work, or upgrades regardless of who built your coach.
Do you handle warranty repairs?
Yes. We coordinate directly with manufacturers when needed, so you are never left navigating the process alone. Our team handles the documentation and communication on your behalf.
Do you do paint and body work for coaches I bought elsewhere?
In many cases, yes. Our paint and body shop handles collision repair, rock chip work, refinishing, and insurance claim work for a wide range of coaches. Reach out and we'll let you know if we're the right fit for your project. A bumper repair or rock chip is generally straightforward regardless of coach brand.
