Nelson, Sandy and I want to thank you again for everything. We absolutely love the coach. It’s all we hoped for and more. Your staff is amazing. Michelle, Lauren, Amber, Mendee, Lara, Willy, Dave B, Walter, Dave, Kenny- not sure if we missed anyone on that list- but everyone that we’ve come in contact with at Millennium was great and one person, in particular, is simply extraordinary - Jim. He exemplifies all of your company’s core values. We have worked with him 3 times now and are always amazed how wonderful he is at his job He is patient, caring, easy to understand, polite, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly and that the customer is taken care of. We just really can’t say enough about him. With a time when customer service is not valued much, it’s great to see a company and owner that still believes in taking care of the customer. Thank you so much Nelson for everything you’ve done for us at Millennium.
Jim and I have been "bussing" since 1993. Our Millennium is our fourth Prevost and our first Millennium. Why were we drawn to and impressed by Millennium? The number one reason was the fact that our salesman Chris, told us "nothing is proprietary with Millennium". Wow! That means a lot if you do a lot of traveling. That meant we could have anyone work on our coach and we wouldn't be forced to return to the converter for repairs. Marathon won't share proprietary information with others. We took delivery of our Millennium in July and immediately packed and headed to Oregon for the summer. Even though Millennium did a complete rundown check on our coach, there were still a few issues that needed attention. When you put a house on wheels, there are bound to be a few issues. Jim Purcell, owner of Coach Pro in Oregon was our go-to destination to fix our issues. Coach Pro can fix or fabricate, repair or replace anything and everything! There is no issue too difficult to tackle for Coach Pro! Jim and/or his techs would call Millennium with questions and they provided them with all the information they needed. One time, there were three Millennium service tech's on a speaker call with the techs at Coach Pro. We can't praise Chris, Scott, Steve and others at Millennium enough, (we don't even know all their names). They are honest, polite, understanding, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. They made us feel like we were their only customers. Oh! And then there's Nelson. We haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, but I feel like his name should be written in gold. He is running a first-class company with a first-class salesman and a group of first-class employees. Starting with the person who answers the phone to everyone else I have spoken to, I am extremely impressed with their politeness and efficiency. We can't help but brag about Millennium when we are conversing with others about our beautiful coach.

Nelson, I was inspired last week by you and the presentation of the "Millennium” coaches in Palm Beach. Thank you so much for showing my coach and masterfully presenting it. Each time that I attend one of these shows and compare the Millennium brand to all others it helps me appreciate how fortunate I am in owning mine and all that goes along with it including your "superior support and backing", "advanced engineering", "quality of finish out detail" and "outstanding service”. Thank you again for everything that you do, and for building such an outstanding company and coach.

Nelson, Just a quick message to tell you how happy we are with our new coach. It’s absolutely perfect. It has exceeded our expectations. I know everyone was was a little stressed out about the delivery process taking a little longer than expected, but we think bigger than that. The delay was frustrating at times, but it gave us the opportunity to see how wonderful your team is. Scott has been nothing short of amazing though the build process. He’s just the best….then we got to get to know Jim. He’s equally as good. What a great guy. I’m not sure if you know, but Willy (our new hero), rolled up his sleeves and changed the tire sensor in our coach at the last minute at 6:00 on a Friday evening. WHAT A TEAM you have. We’re business owners, and we have to admit, you’re doing it better than we do. You’re a heck of a leader, and everyone points back to you when asked.
